Sprang into Spring at PDC

Hello there,

What can I say !?! ….It’s been a while… but I’m back on the blog and ready to showcase what we’ve been upto in the meantime!

Last week, was Spring Market at the Pacific Design Center and we we’re not the slightest bit disappointed about making the drive to LA in the rain! (Yes, I’m a stereotypical Californian, where I (sometimes) second-guess going out in the “oh so scary” rain! This year’s event was called A NEW Perspective, which we kicked off with an amazing breakfast spread hosted by Luxe Interiors + Design at Cooper - Pacific Kitchens.

Next, we found our seats in the Silverscreen Theater as we waited for keynote speakers Alice Temperley (MBE, Founder & Creative Director for @temperleylondon) and Emily Mould (Creative Director for @romo_fabrics) as their shared insight on the vision for their fabulous collaboration for ROMO! And OMG - the collection is TO DIE FOR! The brilliant use of bold patterns and prints, the vibrant colors and varied textures - droooooool worthy! We can’t wait to use these fabrics and/or wall coverings on an upcoming project. Will it be yours?

SO MANY POWER TALKS! Our next stop was Baker Interiors Group (@bakerfurniture) where we learned how today’s taksemaker’s are shaping tomorrow’s design. Then headed to Mimi London (@mimilondoninc) for a Power-Women led panel discussion with the amazingly talented Christine Vroom of Christine Vroom Interiors (@christinevroominteriors), Susan Wintersteen (@insidebysavvy) and the dynamic duo - Katie Browning and Heather Lucas (@lucasbrowningdesign); these ladies are rocking the renovations! Such an inspiring group of designers and business owners!

Onto some afternoon shopping and sipping our way through showrooms Finally ended the day at the opening of the new PALECEK LA Showroom. Fun times, meeting and chatting up Jeffrey Alan Marks (@jeffreymarksinc)…I tried not to fan-girl him - I promise. Check out all the day’s highlights, talks and design inspo on our IG!
